Refund Policy

This MANSCAPED store accepts qualifying unused returns and provides a path for damaged, defective or incorrect orders.

Request window and eligibility

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new and unused. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts or material differences from the description are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Approval and return shipment

Email ohefujawuf115@gmail.com before mailing anything. We will review the request and provide the approved return instructions and correct return address. The General mailing address is not automatically the returns warehouse.

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are accepted after review and depend on available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
